Who is Grace?

Grace Menzel, MA, PCC, CPCC is a Professional Certified Coach who coaches smart, competent professional women, facilitates leadership development and is a popular public speaker and workshop leader.

Coaching focus

Building on a 25-year career as a rehabilitation counselor, Grace began coaching in 2001. She devotes her practice to career and leadership coaching and organizational change.  She helps her clients identify and fully embrace their strengths, talents and gifts – in the process, helping them to create more clarity and purpose in their professional direction.

Grace’s coaching practice focuses on career choices clarification, professional development, goal setting and achievement, values identification and the continuous learning process.

Training & Education

Grace is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through The Coaches Training Institute. She is a graduate of  CTI's Co-Active Leadership Program and has completed the core curriculum for their Organization and Relationships System Coaching.

She earned her bachelor of arts in Social Work and master of arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from Michigan State University.
